Jobs & Responsibility:

1.
Responsible for the whole program of Elementary School
2.
Supervise the day to day teaching and learning activities
3.
Publish regular weekly newsletter to parents
4.
Write weekly, monthly and termly reports
5.
Organize the internal and external events
6.
Take an active role in marketing activities
7.
Support teachers in conducting their lesson, giving co-teach where necessary

Requirements:

1.
Male / Female, age above 30 years old
2.
Excellent English, oral and written
3.
Min. S1 degree, S2 from education background is more preferable
4.
Min. 3 years teaching experience in an international school setting
5.
Min 2 years working experience as a principal will be an advantage
6.
Strong leadership skills
7.
Good managerial, administration and organizational skills
8.
Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
9.
Good public relation skills
10.
Excellent computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Power Point and Publisher
11.
Able to undergo training for approx. 2 months in Jakarta
12.
Creative, dynamic and a hard worker
13.
Pleasant personality and good appearance
14.
Patient and love working with young children
15.
Able to develop a warm learning environment for children and parents
16.
Able to work in a team and under pressure circumstances.
